Pattukkottai Civil Engineers Association (PCEA) is a vibrant body composed of expert professionals in the field of Civil Engineering.

PCEA was formed primarily for the welfare of civil engineers, their families and society as well. PCEA is affiliated to FACEAT&P (Federation of all civil engineers association of Tamil Nadu and Pondichery), a state level body having 63 affiliated associations under its wing. Since PCEA's inception in 2007, PCEA has grown up steadily and has become one of the best association in Tamilnadu.
